Leadership Development Certificate Agenda

The Leading Leadership Development certificate program spans 12 hours and is completed online, over three half-days. The program consists of a multi-day live, virtual instructor-led (VILT) class, offering you ample time for discussion, analysis and an applied case study review.
PREWORK
Prework includes foundational lessons on leadership competencies, 360-degree assessments, and effective use of coaching and mentoring, along with two case studies that you’ll refer to throughout the program. You’ll also receive a template to begin completing based on a leadership development program you choose to workshop during the course.
