The program spans eight hours and is completed online, over two half-days. You r team will take part in a multi-day live, virtual instructor-led (VILT) class, that includes ample time for discussion, analysis and an applied case study review.

PREWORK

Prior to the course, your team will read an article and complete a brief assignment to prepare them for discussions in the multi-day live, virtual session.
