This program spans eight hours and is completed online, over two half-days. The program consists of a multi-day live, virtual instructor-led (VILT) class, offering ample time for discussion, analysis and an applied case study review. By the end of the program, your team will have a thorough understanding of how to develop and deliver an effective training program.
