In-Person Conferences:
Do you offer SHRM/CPTM/HRCI credits for these events? Yes, you can earn credit hours for SHRM (14 hours) and CPTM (24 hours) certifications at both events. HRCI credits are currently not offered. Learn more about earning recertification credits here.
What if I am no longer able to attend? Please reference our cancellation policy. If you are no longer attending but someone will be coming in your place, please let us know by emailing events@trainingindustry.com.
Will sessions be recorded? Can I attend virtually? No, both TICE and the Strategy Summit are fully in-person events. Sessions will not be recorded, and there are no hybrid or virtual registration options.
I’d like to speak at a future event. How do I submit a proposal? Sign up here to receive notifications about various speaking opportunities throughout the year, including when we launch a call for presenters.
Do you offer group or non-profit discounts? Yes! We offer discounts for groups of three or more, non-profit and government attendees and alumni of the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) program. Email us at events@trainingindustry.com for more information.
What’s included with my conference registration? Your conference registration includes breakout sessions, keynote presentations, networking events and meals.
Are meals included with registration? Yes. Meals during official conference hours are included with your registration — this typically includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and any scheduled dinner events. Networking receptions also include food and beverages.
What is the dress code? Business casual is appropriate for both events. We recommend wearing layers, as room temperatures may vary.
Training Industry Conference & Expo (TICE):
Where is the conference located? What are the hotel accommodations? TICE will take place in Raleigh, North Carolina at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel.
Who should attend TICE? TICE is focused on building effective leaders of corporate learning and development. If you are a current or aspiring learning leader, TICE is for you. By design, TICE is a highly interactive experience, helping you meet new people while developing ideas and discovering solutions to advance your career. When you attend TICE, you will meet other professionals who are dedicated to developing learning programs that make a difference. Over the course of the conference, you will gather with your peers to discuss how you can create strategic alignment and overcome organizational obstacles.
Training Industry Strategy Summit:
Where is the conference located? What are the hotel accommodations? The Strategy Summit will be held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The venue and hotel information can be found on the Strategy Summit website, including details on discounted hotel rates.
Who should attend the Strategy Summit? The Strategy Summit is built for learning leaders who are responsible for designing and executing learning strategies at the organizational level. This event is highly interactive and cohort-based, focused on helping attendees develop a stakeholder-ready strategy they can begin implementing immediately.
Training Industry Virtual Events:
Can I share my link to access the event with my team? Each person must register individually to receive their own unique access link. If someone else uses your link, Zoom will remove the first person who joined.
Will this webinar be recorded? Yes! The recording will be available on the event page by the following business day. You’ll also get a follow-up email once it’s live, so you can rewatch it or share it with your team.
Where can I find the slides or resources mentioned? If the speaker provided slides or handouts, they will be posted directly on the event page along with the recording by the following business day. You’ll get a follow-up email with a direct link once everything is available.
How do I earn continuing education credits? We offer five unique virtual event formats designed to keep L&D professionals informed, inspired and connected.
