A strong learning culture doesn’t happen by happy accident. It’s built on deliberate actions that shape how employees experience learning and growth. Yet, many companies struggle to sustain a positive culture, especially when change disrupts the status quo.

In this session brought to you by Udemy, Dr. Tom Whelan, director of research at Training Industry, will share research-driven insights on how organizations build and sustain learning cultures. You’ll learn the most common culture challenges and how anticipating cultural impact during change can help overcome them.
