She co-chairs Forefront, a non-profit organization powered by 100Coaches with a mission to support the growth and development of future executive coaches and talent professionals.

Britt Evans is the director of strategic solutions at The Center for Leadership Studies, where she partners with clients to design learning solutions that align with business goals and deliver meaningful impact. She holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from California State University, Fullerton, where her thesis explored the role of emotional intelligence in adult learning. Throughout her career, Britt has launched a companywide competency mapping program, revitalized sales onboarding with neuroscience-based design, and developed eLearning, microlearning, and instructor-led programs across industries. Her experience spans facilitating leadership and career development at a nonprofit, mentoring instructional designers, and managing end-to-end client engagements. An experienced eLearning developer and strategic learning partner, Britt transforms complex challenges into engaging learning experiences that drive performance and inspire growth.
