She holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from California State University, Fullerton, where her thesis explored the role of emotional intelligence in adult learning. Throughout her career, Britt has launched a companywide competency mapping program, revitalized sales onboarding with neuroscience-based design, and developed eLearning, microlearning, and instructor-led programs across industries. Her experience spans facilitating leadership and career development at a nonprofit, mentoring instructional designers, and managing end-to-end client engagements.
