AI Regulatory Compliance: Bias, AI Literacy and Safety in the Workplace

Over the next several years, regulators at every level will introduce new compliance requirements covering the use of artificial intelligence (AI). Many of these regulations, like the Colorado AI Act, NYC Local Law 144 and the EU AI Act, will require specific action from human resources (HR) leaders to manage bias.
During this talk, John Rood, founder and president of Proceptual, will discuss a three-pillar model for AI responsibility that ensures fair, unbiased use of AI in hiring and people management. He will discuss the action steps that HR and learning and development (L&D) leaders should be taking now to prepare for the future of AI compliance.
