Science-Backed Assessment Methods That Drive Leadership Growth and Organizational Change

Too often, leadership assessments give you surface-level outputs that rarely lead to the changes or improvements you need in your leaders. If any of these statements resonate, our assessments can provide the solution you need:
“I want to identify underperforming leaders before they become a bigger issue.”
“I’m sick of development efforts where no change occurs.”
“We don’t have the best track record with internal promotions.”
“We can’t afford to send all our managers through training, but we need to help them be more effective at coaching.”
“We need a way to determine what areas of development are most important for us to invest in.”
In this live demo, MRG demonstrates how the behaviors and competencies measured in the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis™ (LEA) and the motivations measured in the Individual Directions Inventory™ (IDI) help address these challenges head on. These deep assessments provide actionable insights to help you change behaviors, more effectively develop leaders and improve outcomes.
In this session, Maria Brown and Tricia Naddaff from MRG Assessments, will demonstrate how LEA and IDI assessments address your most important leadership development needs. With over 43 years of experience delivering over 2 million assessments, they’ll show you how to leverage these data-driven, people-centered tools to achieve the change that is possible with comprehensive self-awareness.
In this session, you’ll discover how the IDI and LEA can support leadership growth by helping you:
- Spot and address underperformance early, before it impacts teams.
- Guide leaders to sustain success as they advance into higher roles.
- Focus development on behavior changes that are feasible, sustainable and proven to improve effectiveness.
- Equip managers to coach their direct reports with greater impact.
