As a human-centered, agile design, this methodology, design thinking offers you a framework for addressing training needs while also considering the learner’s experience. This highly interactive half-day workshop from Training Industry defines design thinking in the context of L&D, allowing you to practice incorporating this approach into your L&D processes. Does this program count toward recertification? Yes. You can earn credit hours (CEUs) toward several HR and training certifications by completing this course.
